El PHYWE XR 4.0 ha sido diseñado conforme a esta filosofía. El hardware (A), unido al paquete de software XRm (B) para el mando externo y el registro de valores de medición así como los manuales (C) con una extensa colección de experimentos de referencia y un Quick Start Guide y un extenso paquete de accesorios (D) están incluidos en el equipo básico. Los juegos de ampliación completan el aparato básico para sus campos de aplicación.
